Information about the service:

• Service of the SONEL S.A. meters is performed on the company premises exclusively, that is at the following address:
  Wokulskiego 11, 58-100 Świdnica.

• The instruments sent to service should be delivered with the equipment.
• Before sending your meter, please read the “Before you send your meter for servicing” section in the operating manual.
• The testing and evaluation cost is 40€ (it is invoiced only when the customer renounces the service).
• Payment method for the servicing – cash; payment by bank transfer accepted in exceptional cases. In case of bank transfer, please submit the copies of the following documents: NIP (tax ID No.), REGON (statistical No.), KRS (National Court Register) or certificate of entry to the Business Activity Register, plus original of the repair order with authorization to issue a VAT invoice. The repair order should be signed by the person mentioned in the KRS (or entry to the register) or an authorized representative (copy of authorization),
• Sonel S.A. recommends that measuring instruments are checked every 13 months (according to ISO 10012-1, appendix A).
