  • Description

The transmitting clamp is used to measuring current for earth resistance measurements. Together with C-3 current clamp (hard) they are used in the two-clamp method, and in many cases they eliminate the need for driving the auxiliary probes into the ground. The maximum diameter of the tested conductor is 52 mm. The clamp is powered by a removable two-wire lead, terminated with 4 mm banana plugs.
